IVGLE/IVTLE

Intervalve Butterfly Valve model IVGE / IVTLE is an economical answer to the corrosion problems faced by Chemical process industries with conventional metal seated Butterfly valves. The valve's unique design totally eliminates media contact with any metallic surface of the valve. The valve has a fully rubber lined body and a rubber encapsulated disc with a square slot for the drive end shaft. The integrally moulded spherical profile seat with a matching profile on the disc shoulder (both closed die moulded) ensures perfect sealing with minimum operating torque and prevents any fluid ingress into the shaft bores.

IVEX - F, IVEX - T , IVEX - M

The ultimate in high performance Butterfly valves, IV's IVEX-series incorporates the 'state of the art' valve technology to out perform the competition. The double offset disc design nearly eliminates the seating wear due to the camming action of the disc during closing. The mechanical stopper provided on the valve body ensures precise valve closing every time to ensure specified seat tightness. The disc has a spherical profile and comes out of contact with seat in the initial opening itself. The valve is available with 3 distinctly different seat design versions, viz. Soft seated, Fire safe and Metal to Metal seated with wafer or wafer lugged body option. The valve has excellent throttling characteristics with good low flow control capability, which offers an inherently higher rangeability. IVR

The IVR model Butterfly dampers, offered by Intervalve India are essentially seatless Butterfly valves intended for low pressure gas lines and air lines. The lightweight construction with the narrow wafer body enables easy fitment of these valves in ducts, manifolds and exhaust lines without additional support or strengthening of pipe lines. IVR valves are primarily intended for low - pressure large volume gas / air flow control applications. The absence of seat substantially reduces the valve operating torque requirements and makes the valve very effective for flow control / regulation duties. IVR is an ideal choice for furnace air flow and combustion control applications. Even though the body is designed for a maximum pressure of 2.5 bar the maximum shut off pressure is limited to 0.5 bar only .The disc flap is held in position by a stub shaft with an axial locking arrangement provided on the top shaft. The top shaft sealing is through stuffing box type gland sealing arrangement, which is field adjustable.

The most sought after design by desalination plants and utility installations, IVDF represents the state of the art rubber lined Flanged double valve, meeting all the user industry requirements.

IVDXR

Intervalve DXR double flanged range of valves are double eccentric design butterfly valves. These are available in cast as well as fully fabricated design. The face to face dimensions can be either as per BS (Series BC & BF) or as AWWA (Series AC & AF).
These valves incorporate a double offset disc design, which practically eliminates any seat wear. The fully replaceable seat provided on the disc periphery is field replaceable and is capable of achieving bi-directional sealing. The rubber seat seals against a St. Steel seat ring integrally welded with the body.

Intervalve check valve models IVC and IVCT are primarily single plate swing check valve with a short pattern wafer body conforming to the API 6D and ANSI B16.10 face to face dimensions. The valve has a simple but robust construction with reliability. The low inertia disc design enables the valve to open or close with a very low differential pressure which make them ideal for services operating under low differential pressures.
The pressure drop across the valve in fully open condition is relatively low and makes them ideal for pump discharge duties. The eccentric disc shaft in combination with the disc seat guarantees a positive shut off of the returning media.

The dual plate check valve is a swing valve uniquely designed for all purpose non-return valve (NVR) applications. The constructional feature makes the valve much smaller in size, lighter in weight & makes it much feasible in operation as compared to conventional swing check valve. IV8F Ball Valve

The 3-piece design is available for various schedule pipes. This type of construction is of swing-out design and easy inline maintenance. By removing body bolts & nuts the complete valve may be lifted out of the line or swing-out by keeping one bolt. The valve can easily swing out of the line providing complete entry and fast disassembly or maintenance. The swing away feature also maintains pipe alignment during inline maintenance. The trunion design high performance ball valves use the upper and lower supports to retain the ball under pressure. It allows the valve to be installed in either direction. This valve can be used in applications with reversing flow. Another feature of trunion design is that it allows the ball valve to act as a true union. This allows down stream piping to be disconnected under full upstream pressure (provided the downstream piping is drained of liquid and that the valve is indeed closed and secured to upstream piping). The trunion on a two way ball valve supports the ball in much the same way as the stem does on top.
